Symptoms
It has been reported that a Sun Fire[TM] V20z with a configured SP after BIOS and SP update failed to execute the command "platform console".

console: connect: 59372@console: Connection refused
Unknown Error.

Resolution
The command "platform console" worked again after a SP reset to manufacturing defaults.

#sp reset to default-settings -a
