The LED indicators provide current status information about the component directly
associated with the indicator array. Indicators are arranged in a straight line,
horizontal or vertical, with the green LED on the left or top.
Click on the Component links for LED locations and more information.
Failure of the service LED to transition from ON to OFF within 60 seconds after
insertion indicates a power-status control fault (except for CPU Board and Power
Supply LEDs).

Note: When servicing an adapter in an hsPCI cassette
in an F15K system under SMS 1.1, do not rely on the status LEDs on the hsPCI
cassette. Instead use the output from the "showboards" command to determine
if an hsPCI cassette is currently in a state where it may be safely removed
from the hsPCI assembly (See FIN I0802
for complete details) . |

The System Control (SC) CPU slot and SC 6U/3U spare slot on the SC board do
not have unique bits, referred to as presence bits.
System Control must be present and powered on before the SC peripheral board
can be powered on.
