Issue Description:
Some PCI cards that are installed in PCI Slot 0 of the Sun Fire V480 system
can block access to the bottom USB port, preventing customers from installing
a second USB device.

PCI cards which cause this issue contain multiple I/O connectors. Once the
I/O cable is installed, the over mold of the cable connector causes
interference, preventing access to the bottom USB port.

Two Sun PCI cards which have this type of cable connector and which may
contribute to this issue are:

   . X1032A Single-Ended Ultra-Wide SCSI/FastEthernet
   . X6541A Dual Differential Ultra/Wide SCSI (PCI)

This is a design limitation of the Sun Fire V480 system. There is no
fix other than the configuration workarounds provided below.
Implementation:
---
        | | MANDATORY (Fully Proactive)
         ---

         ---
        | | CONTROLLED PROACTIVE (per Sun Geo Plan)
         ---

         ---
        | X | REACTIVE (As Required)
         ---
Corrective Action:
The following recommendation is provided as a guideline for authorized
Sun Services Field Representatives who may encounter the above
mentioned issue.

Support personnel can take the following steps to correct this issue:

  1. Reconfigure the system by moving the PCI card from Slot 0
     to another slot.

  OR

  2. Provide additional USB ports by connecting a USB Hub to the
top USB port. The USB Hub would be supplied by the customer.
