Issue Description:
A limited number of 20.1GB hard disk drives with a new part number are
being shipped in Sun Blade 100 systems beginning in August 2002.
Systems with the new drive, P/N 370-5520-01, will only ship to the
Americas GEO. There is no impact to customers, but Field Support needs
to be aware of the service plan for this drive.

Approximately 4600 of these 20.1GB drives will ship in Sun Blade 100
systems. They will be labeled as P/N 370-5520-01 and will also be
labeled with "Discard Upon Failure". This drive is not available as a
FRU or an X-Option.

In an effort to consume excess disk drive inventory, Sun Engineering
has reworked and released a limited number of the following:

     "HDD,20.1GB(RWKD), ATA-66, P/N 370-5520-01".

See the Corrective Action section for the replacement procedure for
failed disk drives.

NOTE: If disk mirroring is being used please refer to FCO A0202-1
      for further instructions.
Implementation:
---
        | | MANDATORY (Fully Proactive)
         ---

         ---
        | | CONTROLLED PROACTIVE (per Sun Geo Plan)
         ---

         ---
        | X | REACTIVE (As Required)
         ---
Corrective Action:
The following recommendation is provided as a guideline for authorized
Sun Services Field Representatives who may encounter the above mentioned
problem.

Failed 20.1GB disk drives in Sun Blade 100 systems with P/N 370-5520-01
should be discarded. They should be replaced with FRU P/N
370-4327-xx.

NOTE: If disk mirroring is being used please refer to FCO A0202-1
for further instructions. Reference the Sun Blade 100 Service Manual
      for disk replacement instructions.
