Issue Description:
SMS1.2 patches 112488-07 (or higher) and 112483-05 (or higher) are
required for proper operation of UltraSparc-III 1050MHz processors on
Sun Fire 15K domains. Without these patches, the 1050MHz processors
could exhibit unpredictable behavior due to incorrect voltage and
temperature settings. This unsupported configuration could result in
unexpected operational delays for affected customers.

An affected configuration is any Sun Fire 15K where 1050MHz
UltraSparc-III processors have been installed and where the System
Controller does not have SMS1.2 patches 112488-07 (or higher) and
112483-05 (or higher) installed. Customer exposure is low at this time
as 1050MHz processors have just started to ship.

The speed of Sun Fire 15K processors in a domain can be determined by
running '/usr/platform/SUNW,Sun-Fire-15000/sbin/prtdiag' from that
domain.

This issue occurs because the SMS and POST software was not programmed
with the new voltages, temperature range, and part number for the
1050MHz chip.
