Issue Description:
Customers may encounter unexpected behavior of the System Controller
due to downrev firmware which shipped with a small number of Sun Fire
3800/48x0/6800 systems. System Controllers may hang when they
experience software bugs present in firmware version 5.12.5 (Rev-07).
This unreleased firmware version was mistakenly shipped on a very small
number of Sun Fire systems.

Manufacturing has erroneously installed 5.12.5 (Rev-07) firmware on
some Sun Fire 3800/48x0/6800 products when building systems with
UltraSPARC-III+ modules for the last couple of months, which creates
a potential risk to system operation. The risk is not regarded as
serious, but the 5.12.5 (Rev-07) firmware must be replaced with 5.12.5
(Rev-15) in order to prevent any potential problems. The Rev-07 firmware
that was installed in some systems does not provide the latest bug fixes.

A list of affected customers has been provided by Manufacturing and is
available as a StarOffice spreadsheet at:

http://sdpsweb.ebay/FIN_FCO/FIN/FINI0756-1_dir/Affected.sdc

Note: Download the file to local disk by going to the above URL, then
choosing FILE -> Save As. Once the .sdc file is saved, open it
      locally with StarOffice.

In order to identify the firmware installed on the System Controller,
please run the following command at the SC> prompt.

	SC> showb -v

The downrev firmware version, 5.12.5 (Rev-07), will display as this:

Slot Pwr Component Type State Status Domain
   ---- --- -------------- ----- ------ ------
   SSC0 On System Controller - Passed -
   SSC1 - Empty Slot - - -
   ID0 On Sun Fire 3800 Centerplane - OK -
   PS0 On A145 Power Supply - OK -
   PS1 On A145 Power Supply - OK -
   PS2 - Empty Slot - - -

If the customer is running 5.12.5 (Rev-15) firmware, the output of the
'showb -v' command will be very different (see below). The above output
will indicate that the firmware needs to be upgraded. The below output
requires no action be taken.

Note that there are multiple bug fixes between each release of the SC
firmware and, as such, it's difficult to pinpoint any specific error
message or symptom. Bug fixes between 5.12.5-06 and 5.12.5-15 which
might assist in identifying issues with customer systems and indicate
an upgrade to version 5.12.5-15 is needed are listed at:

above mentioned problems by following the recommendations as shown below.

Please perform the following guideline as needed:

If a system is identified from the affected customer list given above,
flashupdate the System Controller firmware level to the latest revision of
5.12.5 using Patch 112127-01 available from http://sunsolve.central.
