Issue Description:
The SunPCi II board, Option 2131A, may not seat properly in the Sun
Blade 100 system chassis. A retractable PCI card guide was added to
the Sun Blade 100 chassis for shock and vibration purposes. The
insulator on the SunPCi II card may interfere with this card guide and
prevent the board from being installed. No downtime or data loss is
involved.

If the part number on the SunPCi II board is 375-0131-xx or the
X-option number 2131A is on the box, the board may not seat properly in
the chassis of a Sun Blade 100. If a customer chooses to install their
EOL'ed SunPCi II card from another system into the Sun Blade 100, they
may not be able to insert the board.

In Sun Blade 100 systems where shock and vibration is not an issue, the
card guide may be removed from the system. This allows insertion of a
SunPCi II board. Otherwise, a SunPCi IIpro card, Option 2132A, should
be installed instead.

Corrective Action:
The following recommendation is provided as a guideline for authorized
Enterprise Services Field Representatives who may encounter the above
mentioned problem.

Please adhere to the following guidelines to avoid the problem above:

1) Customers wishing to install an existing SunPCi II board, Option
2131A, into a Sun Blade 100 system should remove the plastic
retractable card guide from the chassis. This is done by
depressing the detent (spring-operated device) and sliding the
   card guide from its holder.

See Figure 8-6 on page 8-13 in the Sun Blade 100 Service Manual
(806-3416-10) for the location of this card guide.

2) Otherwise, customers should purchase and install a SunPCi IIpro
card, Option 2132A (Rev -2 only), for use with their Sun Blade 100
systems. In this case, the card guide should not be removed.
