Issue Description: 
SunForum 3.1 or 3.2, Sun's video conferencing software application,
will not display correctly when used with the 1394 Camera on Sun Blade
systems in 8-bit depth mode.  Depending on configuration, the video
component of SunForum, or the whole of SunForum becomes unusable.  In
addition, SunForum 3.X does not work at all when the Xserver is started
with the -xinerama option (2 screens) on Solaris 7.

When SunForum 3.X is running on a Sun Blade 100/1000 system with the
1394 Camera, and the Xserver is started up with the default "defdepth
8", SunForum's video component will exhibit such severe color flashing
that it is unusable.  Even if the user ignores the color flashing, one
of the "My Video" and "Receive" windows will be black.

The problem is due to the limitations of the 1394 Camera which is used
with the Sun Blade platforms.  It was never designed to work in 8-bit
video mode.  This was not documented in the product manuals.  

Likewise, the failure of the -xinerama option to be compatible with 
SunForum on Solaris 7 was not documented.

Corrective Action: 
An Authorized Enterprise Field Service Representative may avoid the
above mentioned problems by following the recommendations as shown
below.

1) To use SunForum 3.1 or 3.2 with the 1394 Camera on Sun Blade100/1000 
   systems, use 24-bit mode to start the Xserver.  This can be 
   accomplished by changing the Xserver startup script.

   The Xserver is started by the line;

     :0   Local local_uid@console root /usr/openwin/bin/Xsun :0 -nobanner

   in the /usr/dt/config/Xservers or /etc/dt/config/Xservers file.  

   To start the Xserver in 24-bit mode, one should change this line to;

     :0   Local local_uid@console root /usr/openwin/bin/Xsun :0 -nobanner \
     -dev /dev/fb0 defdepth 24
   
2) To use SunForum 3.1 with the -xinerama Xserver option you must have
   Solaris 8 installed.

i)   In case of MANDATORY FINs, Enterprise Services will attempt to    
     contact all affected customers to recommend implementation of 
     the FIN. 
   
ii)  For CONTROLLED PROACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services mission critical    
     support teams will recommend implementation of the FIN  (to their  
     respective accounts), at the convenience of the customer. 

iii) For REACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services will implement the FIN as the   
     need arises.
