Issue Description: 
There is a possibility that field personnel may have trouble inserting
older-style (J9) StorEdge T3 controller FRU's into a newer-style T3
chassis.  The J9 controller may require excessive force to insert and
may fail to slide all the way into the chassis.  This could result in
the controller not seating properly and failing to function.

The T3 chassis has been redesigned with a more flexible outer shell.
It is now being shipped with a newer revision of controller (J10 or
J11) which has a plastic bezel.  The old J9 controllers have a metal
bezel.  If a J10 or J11 revision level controller needs to be replaced,
there is a possibility that a J9 revision level controller obtained
from spares inventory might not fit.  The metal bezel plus the EMI
gasket on the J9 can prevent the controller from being completely
inserted.  This fit problem can occur with T3 arrays shipped since
October 2000.
  
During factory and ES lab tests it was discovered that the EMI gasket
may fold over, or fold back, preventing the controller board from being
fully inserted.  In the factory tests designed to duplicate the hard
insertion condition experienced in the field, it was found that all
controllers could be inserted.  However, in some cases, the force
required to install the controller was found to be unacceptable.

If you experience the difficult insertion issue, swap the J9 level
bezel the metal bezel in a J9 controller with a plastic version in a
J10 or J11 controller.  Also make sure that the EMI gasket is not
folded over or folded back.

Corrective Action: 
The following recommendation is provided as a guideline for authorized
Enterprise Services Field Representatives and Warranty Customers who
may be encountering the above mentioned problem.

1) See Section 4.2 of the Sun StorEdge T3 Disk Tray Field Service
   Manual for details on removing and replacing a T3 controller board.

If difficult insertion is experienced when an older-style J9 T3 
controller is used to replace a defective controller in a newer-style
T3 chassis, perform the following actions.

2) Make sure that the EMI gasket on the replacement controller board lies 
   straight, i.e, it is not folded over or folded back.  A bent gasket can 
   prevent complete controller insertion.

3) If insertion is still difficult after checking the gasket, exchange the
   metal bezel on the replacement controller with the plastic bezel on the 
   existing controller.  Bezel removal involves loosening two T10 TORX screws 
   on the bottom edge of the bezel and removing two hex screws at the  
   FC connector on the front of the bezel.  Make sure that the springs for  
   the two locking tabs on the bezel do not fall out. 
   
4) The defective controller which was removed should be returned to the 
   Enterprise Services Logistics with the metal bezel attached, assuming
   step 2 above was correct.

Implementation Footnote: 
i)   In case of MANDATORY FINs, Enterprise Services will attempt to    
     contact all affected customers to recommend implementation of 
     the FIN. 
   
ii)  For CONTROLLED PROACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services mission critical    
     support teams will recommend implementation of the FIN  (to their  
     respective accounts), at the convenience of the customer. 

iii) For REACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services will implement the FIN as the   
     need arises.
