Issue Description: 
The Sun Enterprise Alternate Pathing (AP) 2.3 AnswerBook package,
containing its User Guide and Reference Manual, is missing from the
AP 2.3 release on the Solaris 8 Supplement CD.  It is also missing
from the AP 2.3 Web release.

Users are unable to access the AP 2.3 product documentation.  As a 
result, they are neither be able to research the proper use of AP 2.3 
nor diagnose its improper use.

AP 2.3 is delivered on the Supplement CD of the English Computer 
Systems Solaris 8 media kit and on the Webpage at: 

              http://www.sun.com/servers/sw.
 
Although an AnswerBook package was thoroughly tested with those 
builds, but it is not delivered to the final product builds.

Corrective Action: 
Enterprise Customers and authorized Field Service Representatives may
avoid the above mentioned problem by following the recommendations
as shown below;

Implementation Footnote: 
i)   In case of MANDATORY FINs, Enterprise Services will attempt to    
     contact all affected customers to recommend implementation of 
     the FIN. 
   
ii)  For CONTROLLED PROACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services mission critical    
     support teams will recommend implementation of the FIN  (to their  
     respective accounts), at the convenience of the customer. 

iii) For REACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services will implement the FIN as the   
     need arises.
