Issue Description:
Prior to Solaris 2.6 HW 5/98 the EXX00 disk card status LEDs were
set to (ON-OFF-ON) while the system was running or rebooted. This
was in contrast with other board LED patterns within the same EXX00
server i.e. SBus I/O boards, CPU Memory boards etc.

Example shown below:

EXXOO Disk Card LED protocol (prior to Solaris 2.6 5/98):

        ____________________________________________________
	| |
        | |
        | O O O O O |
        |_________ __________|
        |_________|______________________________|_________|
           ^ ^ ^
          ON-OFF-ON

However, with the delivery of Enterprise Server Dynamic Reconfig-
uration (DR), a feature of Solaris 2.6 HW 5/98, the back plane is
rescanned (for new components) when performing DR operations, and
the Disk Card LEDs are reset to the "true state" of "OFF-ON-OFF".

An engineering decision was made to change the disk card status LED
protocol to reflect the "true state". This is the true/correct state
for the disk card which is "Low Power" mode. The Disk Card service
model and status LED pattern will now be consistent with the other
boards within the EXX00 system.

Consequently, the result of this action has caused some confusion in
the field, that EXX00 disk card(s) have malfunctioned after DR opera-
tions.
Implementation:
---
    	| | MANDATORY (Fully Pro-Active)
  	 ---

         ---
    	| | CONTROLLED PRO-ACTIVE (per Sun Geo Plan)
  	 ---

         ---
    	| X | REACTIVE (As Required)
  	 ---
Corrective Action:
Enterprise Services field personnel and systems administrators sup-
porting EXX00 systems upgraded to Solaris 2.6 HW 5/98 or above, should
now recognize that Disk Card status LEDs on EXX00 servers (shown below)
is indicative of a NORMAL functioning EXX00 Disk Card.

i) In case of MANDATORY FINs, Enterprise Services will attempt to contact
all affected customers to recommend implementation of the FIN.

ii) For CONTROLLED PROACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services mission critical sup-
port teams will recommend implementation of the FIN (to their respective
accounts), at the convenience of the customer.

iii) For REACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services will implement the FIN as the need
     arises.
