Issue Description: 
Certain, but not all, T2000 systems manufactured into week 50 of 2005
(with the last affected system having serial number 0550NNN0SA) do not
have the ability to hot swap power supply 0 (PS0) enabled.  Those
systems with system serial numbers after 0550NNNOSA have Power Supply 0
Hot Swapping functionality enabled.  The ability to hot swap the other
power supply in the system, PS1, is enabled in all systems.

Hot swapping power supplies is a standard feature for the T2000 product,
therefore Sun recommends that customers, with these early systems, have
this feature enabled through a no charge upgrade of the T2000's "System
Controller Board"(aka; (OSP) Ontario Service Processor).

The disabled ability to Hot Swap PS0 in early systems was due to a
programming error in an FPGA located on the System Controller Board.
This has since been resolved.

In rare instances in which a user experiences a PS0 failure, the
operating system would need to be shut down and the server powered
off prior to a PS0 replacement. 

Scenario A) Booting a Sun Fire T2000 system without a Power Supply
in PSU0  will result in the message ���No Cpu Signon��� appearing in
the Service Processor Console and subsequently the system will
not boot.

Scenario B) Removing the Power Supply in PSU0 from a Sun Fire T2000
system while it is running Solaris will hang the system.

Corrective action was made available in Manufacturing via ECO# WO_32119
approved on December 01, 2005, and via a Worldwide Stopship/Purge which
was initiated on February 23, 2006.  Corrective action was made
available in Services via GSAP 3261 released on December 20, 2005.

The above dates represent when each time zone has determined that it will
be materially ready to support this FCO.  All dates are estimates.  Please
check with your Logistics Representative or TZ / Country / Area FCO Manager
for more information with regard to material availability and the parts
ordering process for this FCO.
Corrective Action: 
For affected systems, Power Supply 0 Hot Swapping functionality can be
enabled by upgrading the T2000's System Controller Board to the "-04"
version or higher. The System Controller Board has a part number of
501-7130-xx, where xx is the version number.

  Hot Swappable: No

1) To identify if a system is affected, check its serial number first.

The system serial number can be read directly off of the chassis, located
on the front under the fan assembly, on the outside rear left side of the
chassis, or electronically from the SC> prompt with the command outlined
below.

"showplatform -v" returns the following:

   sc> showplatform -v
       SUNW,Sun-Fire-T2000
       Chassis Serial Number: 0550NNN0SA

The system serial number format is: 

   0550 ==> yyww
 NNN0SA ==> unique 6 character number

   yy = last two digits of calendar year where 05 represents 2005
   ww = calendar week assuming 52 weeks in a year

2) Looking at the result of step 1:

If the serial number starts with 0551 or higher, the system is definitely
NOT affected.

If the serial number starts with 0550 or lower, only SOME systems in this
range are affected.

A specific list of system serial numbers for those systems affected
is available and can be found via the below URL;

Verify whether or not your system serial number is on this list.  The system
is affected ONLY if its serial number shows up on this list.

3) If you identified your system as affected using steps 1 and 2 above,
   conduct the following corrective action:

Follow the instructions in the Sun Fire T2000 Server Service Manual 
(Sun P/N 819-2548-10), Chapter 4 "Replacing Cold Swappable FRUs".
The following sections describe removal and replacement of the
System Controller:

 . "To Remove  The System Controller Board" on page 82
 . "To Replace The System Controller Board" on page 83.

Implementation Notes
--------------------

In case of "Mandatory" FCOs, Sun Services will attempt to contact
all known customers to recommend proactive implementation.

For "Controlled Proactive" FCOs, Sun Services mission critical
support teams will initiate proactive implementation efforts for
their respective accounts, as required.

For "Upon Failure" FCOs, Sun Services and partners will implement
the necessary corrective actions as the need arises.

The CIC process must be used for proactive hardware replacement
requests when an FCO is classified as "Upon Failure".


Billing Information
-------------------

Warranty: Sun will provide parts at no charge under Warranty
          Service.  On-Site Labor Rates are based on specified
          Warranty deliverables for the affected product.

Contract: Sun will provide parts at no charge.  On-Site Labor Rates
          are based on the type of service contract.

Non Contract: Sun will provide parts at no charge.  Installation by
              Sun is available based on the On-Site Labor Rates
              defined in the Price List.
