Issue Description:
Newly installed xoptions into a Delorean Rack may not power up.

A potential issue has been identified on power cables within the
Delorean rack. A small number of cables may not have been correctly
assembled, which results in the risk that some of the pins in these
cables may become pushed back into the connector housing during
installation, resulting in a no connection or intermittent connection.

This issue will only be seen when a customer adds new hardware in the
remaining slots within the Delorean rack. If the customer does not see
their new hardware power on, or one of the redundant power supplies fail
to power on, the power cord should be checked for recessed pins at the
sequencer. If any pins are recessed, the power cable should be
replaced.

There have been no known incidents of this issue reported, and the
potential for experiencing this condition is considered extremely low.

This issue may impact all related xoptions and Delorean Racks shipped
between July 01, 2002 and September 09, 2002. A list of potentially
affected Marketing Part Numbers can be viewed at the following URL;

Root cause determined that the cable and Rack assemblers were not
properly testing the cables for this condition.

A purge was implemented at the Rack Manufacturer (APW) and at the cable
supplier (Volex). No FRU spares were affected by this issue, therefore
no purge of Sun Services stock was required.

A push test has been created at the vendor to test for the issue. If
any pin is pushed in, the connector is rejected. No StopShip was
documented within Sun, and no purge of Sun Services material is
required as no spares shipped during the affected timeframe.
