Issue Description:
Ultra 10 Systems within the above affected serial number range,
and having either 400MHz or 440MHz CPU modules, may not pass
Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI). Only systems installed in
Medical Facilities, where strict EMI standards must be maintained
to avoid interference with other equipment, are impacted.

Root cause has been found to be excessive EMI from the 400MHz or 440MHz
CPU module clock generation circuitry. Emission variance between sample
modules were found to be quite high.

Corrective action was made available in Manufacturing via ECO W0_23179
on May 1, 2002 by releasing part number 370-4995-01. Corrective action
was made available in Enterprise Services via LEAP #2009.A on May 15,
2002.
