Issue Description:
Initial shipments of System boards in the Ultra 5+ and Ultra 10+
(Darwin+) have Tantalum Capacitor (10uF) at location TC111 incorrectly
mounted backwards. Reverse bias voltage in excess of 20% of
manufacturing specification will cause early life failure of the
capacitor and, in addition, may cause damage to surrounding PCB or
components and/or product functional failure.

Sun Manufacturing corrected the problem via a Worldwide StopShip
(WSS200#11942) and began shipping good product as of December 17, 1998.
All good systems will have the StopShip label "WSS200#11942" on the
System enclosure backpanel, the system board, and the shipping carton.

Enterprise Services purged all suspect spares via a Depot Change Order
(DPCO_136) and replacement spares were put in place by mid-January
1999. All good spares will have the StopShip label "WSS200#11942" on
both the FRU as well as on the FRU box.

The systems in question can be identified by their shipping label and serial
number as follows;

Shipping Carton:

On the white shipping carton serial label, the part number beginning with
600 or 610 will be in the following ranges.

	600-5560-01 through 600-5741-01
	600-5910-01 through 600-5932-01
	610-3050-01 through 610-3088-01

Systems in cartons marked with a label "WSS200#11942" on the lower right-
hand corner of the carton serial label (below the "Made in "
part of the label) have been inspected and repaired as needed.

Chassis :

On the left edge of the front bezel is a label with the machines serial
number. Affected systems have serial numbers whose last 8 digits are
less than 85200000 and have the marking 'PGX24' below the serial number.
Systems shipped from Sun with the last 8 digits of the serial numbers
larger than 85200000 or without the 'PGX24' marking are not subject to
  this issue.

Example: Serial number "xx851xxxxx" and "PGX24" are affected.
Example: Serial number "xx852xxxxx" are not affected.

Systems marked with a label "WSS200#11942" on the back panel of the
chassis have been inspected and repaired as needed.

E10000 Sys. Service Processor:

No 2753A / X2753A E10000 Sys. Service Processor shipped without rework.

Corrective Action:
1) Replace all affected 375-0066-03 with 375-0066-03 having the "WSS200#11942"
   label.
2) Apply additional labels with the "WSS200#11942" marking (included with FRUs)
on system enclosure back panel to leave evidence of corrective action done.
Billing Type:
Sun will provide parts and On-Site Labor at no charge to all customers
regardless of contract or warranty status.
