Step :1
Follow the 1020884.1 to Collect the forced crash dump of a hanging Guest Domain


Step :2
Once the crash dump is collected please follow 1020212.1 to collect LDOM related logs


Step :3
Please refer to 1002383.1 Sun[TM] Explorer X.XX Data Collector for the latest Explorer Script.


After the logs are collected please contact Sun Support with the following logs for analysis.
