Goal

Vshell_lite is a tool to allow customers to copy files from the SVA or VSM products to a Windows based PC. These files can then be provided to support for remote analysis.

Solution

To accomplish the task for copying the logs from the SVA or VSM products, save the vshell_lite.zip attachment to a Windows based PC and unzip the files.   The files are the following:

Vshell_lite User Guide
Vshell_lite Command Help
Vshell_lite.exe Application Program

Follow the steps in the User Guide to configure and use vshell to copy files from VSM or SVA system.
