Goal

Rail power strips to thick to install in library.
There have been received reports from the field of problems associated with installing rail power strips.

Solution

Steps to Follow
Use the following instructions to order replacement power strips:
Open up a Child SR via MOS to TAPE-HW.  Reference this solution in the case when asking for assistance.

The fix is to order power strips.

-2EF - 313924202  
-3EF - 313924302  
-4EF - 314826201  
-5EF - 314826301  
 
Required reference information to follow up:

- Customer name
- Size of the library; 5 SEM etc...
- Vendor information on the strips, example:
>  3139243-02 E
>  142214
>  2102 AMPHENOL
>  0923
- Ship to address and contact name
- Pallet serial number


Cause was due to a changed in vendors recently. Engineering has identified the problem; purge underway. The fix is to order power strips; contact Phil Garcia.
