Process to acquire KMS logs for review.

Solution

Steps to Follow
To acquire KMS logs:
KMS 1.x
Logs are located in the /var/adm/kms.log and /var/adm/ messages files.

KMS 2.x
Log into the KMS Manager with security officer role, select System Management, System Dump.

Select Browse to select directory, to save dump file in, then click start.
     - Dump will take a few seconds to complete.
     - The system dump will be created with the format of KMS-System-Dump-date.tar.Z

Attach the KMS support file(s) to the appropriate "My Oracle Support" service request (SR) for evaluation.


A System dump may be needed from each KMA node.
