SL8500 Array Installation Problems

Several field sites have reported problems installing the arrays in the SL8500 used to house cartridges in the library.  Engineering found small burr's on the back side of the array which makes it difficult to properly seat the array in the associated slots.  To properly install arrays the installation manual states to push the array flat up against the wall and push down, these burr's on the backside of the array inhibit the array from laying flat against the wall for proper installation.  Engineering has worked with the array vendor to get this resolved.
