Solution

The C4 library device driver is supplied by the application. Oracle does not provide drivers for the library.


Veritas BackupExec and Veritas NetBackup Drivers
If you are using Veritas Backup Exic or Veritas NetBackup, you should use the device driver that came with your software backup pakage.

Steps to Follow
Device driver information for the C4 library can be found on the Quantum website:

http://www.quantum.com/ServiceandSupport/SoftwareandDocumentationDownloads/Index.aspx

Once on the website, select Tape Libraries, PX-Series, PX502. This will take you to the drivers.
