Solution

Where to locate firmware for Tape Products:

The official site for acquiring released firmware is the Uniform Software Repository.  Once on the USR website, select 'Locate and download Sun software'.  Type in Product for which you need code for and the code available will be displayed.  Select the version needed and download so it can be loaded to the product.

If the code is not found there, go to Oracle/StorageTek Tape Support website and select 'Code' under 'Product Information'.    You will be directed to where code can be acquired from there.
