Description
The customer wanted to know how to change the password on the chassis SC
(system controller) and update the N1 Grid PS database with that new
username and/or password.

Steps to Follow

To change the password of the chassis SC in the database run the following
commands as root:
device -s -p <device ID>
e.g.
#/opt/terraspring/sbin/device -s -p 50160
The tool will prompt the user for the old password.
The tool will then prompt the user to enter the new password and confirm
the password (enter the password a second time).
To change the password on the chassis SC itself, run the password command:
e.g.
SC>password
Enter current password: *****
Enter new password: ****
Enter new password again: ****
Now the new password is on the Chassis SC and in the N1 Grip PS database.
