Description

This document describes the process of ordering the Starcat Service Cart.
It is valid for the Americas/US.
Effective June 15, 2005, the Starcat cart distribution will be changing to
a new service provider, CorTrans Logistics LLC.

Note: Canadian Field Logistics has two (2)carts for deployment. One
located in YYZ, the other in YYC. Canadian demands are managed
differently, please consult with Canadian Logistics for proper ordering
procedures.

Note: EMEA: Order cart as you would any FRU. The part# for the cart is 370-5877.

Steps to Follow

Starcat Service Cart Ordering Process & Locations

To request delivery, call CTL at 800-863-5772, Option 1 (Air Freight &
Charter Division), available 7 x24. Delivery requests can also be
made through the CTL web site www.cortrans.com. Use the bottom button
on the left marked "Ship Request." INSTRUCTIONS AT THE END OF THIS
ANNOUCEMENT.

Allow 24-48 hours for delivery.

The following information will be required to process delivery:

1. Your Name, FE Identification number, telephone number where you
can be reached, and email address so that the Instruction Manual
can be sent to you.

2. The complete delivery address. This must include the exact
building, floor, dock, room number, and or suite where the lift
is to be delivered to.

3. Any special delivery or manpower requirements at the delivery site.

4. The name and telephone number of a contact at the site.

5. Date and time the lift will be needed.

6. Anticipated date and time you will be done with the lift so that
a pickup can be scheduled to retrieve the lift.

Ordering Starcat Cart

Click on Ship Request Link

In the Pick up From Section:
1. Enter GENIE or CART in the "Shipper" Reference block
2. Enter Sun Microsystems in the "Bill To"

In the "Ship To" Section:

This section instructs CTL where to send the GENIE LIFT OR A CART

1. Enter the company name in the "Ship To" block.
2. Complete the balance of that section with the requested information.
3. The contact name would be that of the Field Engineer along with
a phone number.
4. Enter the number of pieces (ie lifts or carts)
5. The weight is not required.
6. Packaging information is not required.
7. Complete the "Service Required" section
8. In the "Special Instructions" block indicate the specifics of the
shipment (ie time needed, floor that the shipment should be delivered,
when the shipment would be ready for return.)

SPECIAL NOTES:
Genie Lifts and Starcat Carts will be moved from AGS to CTL from June
13-15, 2005. During this period the equipment will be inventoried. If you
need equipment during this period, please order in advance from AGS.
If a Field Engineer has equipment originally provided by AGS, and needs
to return it during the June 13-15th time frame, contact CTL (not AGS)
for a pick-up.

Comment: I have verified that AGS does in fact have the carts and that they are ready to process orders. A similar document exists in the System Handbook for the Genie Lift. To date, the formal announcement of the availability of the Service Cart has not occurred.
