Description
This document describes how to locate the serial number on the Sun Enterprise[TM] 4x00 (E4x00) System.

Steps to Follow
The serial number is located underneath the front bezel.
To unlock and remove the front panel bezel:

1. Apply inward pressure on the serrated edges at the
lower left and right sides.

2. Tilt the bezel up 45 degrees and remove the front bezel.

The serial number will be located on the top of chassis.

To replace the bezel, simply reverse steps 1 and 2.

Refer to Figure 8-6 in the Ultra Enterprise[TM] 6000/5000/4000 Systems Manual (Part No.: 802-3845-11) for a diagram.
