Symptoms


Customer reporting SIM messages with FSC32C0 embedded FSC 32C0 in the message.
Example:

Note Sense Bytes 22 & 23 are 32C0.

Cause


Defective channel card

CSE: @SAME
ENG: An ICE CIP memory parity check 2 error was detected.
This error occurs when the CIP reads one of its memory
locations and bad parity is present on the data word.

Solution


Connect to VSM and acquire a set of base files.
Place files on zenobia
Run the crunch_it all.
Review the files and look for FSC 32C0 and identify card type, location, part number.
Create FS for local to replace defective channel card
