Symptoms

When SL500 is running 1373 and 1395 code:

Unable to get a prompt back when pulling a "print log all" file.
Unable to pull "print log all" file using CLI port with 1373 code.
The "service" prompt does not come back once the log has finished downloading, the only way to get the prompt back is to reset the SL500.

Cause

There is an issue with 1373 and 1395 code when a "print log all" is taken via the CLI port.

Solution

This problem is resolved in 1409 SL500 firmware.
