Symptoms

Add user role failed

Unable to set up any User ID
Add user error, invalid input

Current setup of the customer site:
Customer done with the 'Quickstart' and is now using the Key Management Software.
Running KMS 2.1.
Logged in with 'Security Officer'.
Customer is using GUI 2.02

Under product Oracle Key Manager

2.2 not yet posted, but they can use an up-level OKM version with a down level KMS version, so customer should just install the latest.

Issues have been seen when using a down level version of KMS GUI.
