Cause

Power cable shorting to frame between HBN J501 and HBV card.

Solution

Resolution
Replaced power cable shorting to frame between HBN J501 and HBV card. The cable was jammed into the Z-frame and caused a shortage to ground. Refer to attached picture.

HBV card also had to be replaced due to the fuse being blown.
If the LED on the HBZ module does not turn green, it means it is not completing initialization.
Attempt to reboot the HBZ via the SL Console.  Check for movement on the elevator.

Check the connector that mate with the HBZ connectors as they have been known not to have good connection.  The cable feels like they are connected but they really are not.

Check for damaged cables shorting to frame.  This can cause the F200 fuse to be blown on HBV card that may need to be replaced also.

Check for a defective cable loom beneath the HBZ module.  When the HBZ is seated, it doesn't mate correctly with the connectors underneath due to broken lugs.  The panel to HBZ cable PN is 313928205.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Should the CAP reboot fail, pull the error-warning-info log from the SL Console and send the log in for analysis.
Let support know if there is remote connectivity available, (SDP or DD).
