Resolution
Use the following steps to resolve problem:
1. Check the FSC logs to help determine the error
2. Check location of hand assembly for possible robotics Initialization problem
3. Attempt to re-IPL the library with a Power ON Reset
4. Check cable connections to MPC and MPB
5. Replace MPC or MPB as required


L700, L180, L20, L40, L80, Customer, commented, system board was recently replaced, Library is getting power, L40/80 libraries use LLC cards for Electronic Module
