Fix provided in VTL Plus Build 1323.

Symantec NetBackup (NBU)
VTL failover works with virtual WWPNs moving (spoofed) between nodes for failover, but AIX uses SCSI ids for the robotics and the SCSI ids change when failover occurs causing a manual reconfigure of the devices to be necessary.
IBM AIX
NBU can rediscover devices after failback
