Symptoms
When trying to boot Starfire[TM] domain, the following error
appears:

mod_hold_stub: Couldn't load stub module

This looks like Bug ID 4141412. But it is not always the case. We found
in some rare cases that workaround in Bug ID 4141412 is necessary but not
enough.

Resolution
When doing "bringup" on domain, it takes several minutes while all daemons
are initialized. After doing "bringup" wait at least 5 minutes then
"boot".
