LED on one of the power supplies will turn off and the service required LED will begin to Flash
Power supply failure
Power supply error in the log

Cause

Redundant power supply installed in DEM When the voltage on the 3.3V line of the 2 supplies is far enough apart it can cause one of the supplies to be shut down All the RLE - PN 313907406 and older have been purged from stock.

Solution

Replace RLE with PN 313907408 level or higher.
