Solution

Resolution
1. The umbilical cable is not a FRU yet.
2. The cable is easily damaged when replacing the hand and may have been damaged by whatever caused the hand to initially go bad.
3. Zero chasis maybe required.

Additional Information
The cable is easily damaged when replacing the hand, and may have been damaged by whatever caused the hand to initially go bad. This could be the root cause problem.
Special Note - a Zero Drive Chassis consists of the following parts:
  • The zero drive chassis comes with everything except the drives.
  • Chassis, magazines, power supply, SCB card, hand, etc.
