Symptoms

Noise at CAP
Grinding noise
Growling noise
Growling noise from bot when picking up cartridges at CAP

Cause

Partial retract performance improvement caused stability problems at the CAP.  The bot now fully retracts when moving to CAP.

Solution

Resolution
This issue is resolved in 3.72 SL8500 firmware.  Refer to Product Enhancements in the release notes for verification.
