Resolution
All Drives Positions in Drive Tower Report None Functional:
1. Re-ipl drive

2. Run diags on drives from library.

3. If drive is still not functional, move to tower 1 or to working slot if possible.

4. If re-ipling drive brings it online to L700 op panel, replace hand assembly.

5. It is possible to swap tower 0 connection on MPC card with tower 1.
(Note: Drives must be brought online and ready for this to work)

6. Run diags from library:

a. If tower connection 0 is still bad, replace MPC card.

b. If tower 1 is bad, replace tower.
