Robot Hand Obstruction:
1. Check for path obstructions in the robot.

 

2. Ensure that the robot has free range of movement

3. Ensure that all code is up to date

4. Check all cells for proper seating of tapes.

5. Check drives for ejected tapes.

6. Replace hand if robot will not operate on it's own
