Symptoms

Errors received during VTCS initialization
VTCS issued SLS6675E during startup
SLS6675E VTSS: XXXX VTD: DDDD CONFIGURATION ERROR RC=00000004 SUBSYSTEM INFO ZZZ1/ZZZ2/ZZZ3

Changes

VTD device addresses were changed in the VTCS CONFIG for an existing VTSS.

Cause

The VTD addresses were not changed in the HCD / IODEF to reflect the change.

Solution

Update the HCD / IODEF with the correct VTD device addresses.
