Cause

FSCD01D: A SCSI command failed due to a hardware error on the disk.


The extended sense bytes contain SCSI sense data:

Byte 2 = Sense Key.

Byte 12 = Additional Sense Code.

Byte 13 = Additional Sense Code Qualifier.

Byte 14 = Field Replaceable Unit.

Solution

Resolution
CSE: Check the CFE on the machine for the event. Replace the Disk Drive Module (DDM) as called out.
