Symptoms
The following error is seen in the platform messages on the main SC in
$SMSvar/adm/platform/messages.

FOMD error message: 8563 - failed to configure the logical interface
configFloatingIFs() failed (ecode = -2)

Resolution
This message can be safely ignored. It just indicates that IPMP is not
configured.
