Ch Type Media Speed Width PID / SID

0 Drive SCSI 80M Wide 6 / 7
1 Host SCSI 80M Wide 0 / 1
2 Drive SCSI ASYNC Narrow 6 / 7
3 Host SCSI ASYNC Narrow 1 / 0
6 Drive Unknown ASYNC Narrow N/A / N/A
7 Host LAN N/A Serial N/A / N/A

Resolution
In this case it was found the, there is no lun '0' configured. Lun 0 is a SCSI requirement and must exist for sd to work properly.

Title: Logical Unit Number(LUN) 0 , A SCSI Requirement
Once lun 0 is mapped, the channel changes to "80M/Wide" or appropriate setting. Hence we must map a lun 0 for proper operation of the 3310. This needs to be done on all host channels.
