Symptoms
When customers add a new disks tray to their existing NAS and attempt to configure RAID sets, using the RAID menu in the GUI, they can't see the disks in the new trays.

Resolution
First, the appropriate Getting Started Guide, either Sun StorageTek[TM] 5310 or 5320 should be used as a guide for connecting the new expansion tray.  These documents can be downloaded from docs.sun.com
The NAS trays come pre-configured with volume groups and volumes.  Those volume groups may be offline.
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
Telnet to the array
NAS > load lsi_menu
NAS > lsi_menuMAIN MENU:

Examine the volume groups to make sure that they are all online using option 1.
You should see the new storage when it is scanned for in the GUI.
