Symptoms
New Sun Fire[TM] V215 and V245 systems arrive with ALOM admin password set to some unknown value. Because of this, it is not possible to log into ALOM.


Resolution
A limited number of systems left the factory with the ALOM admin user's password set to admin1. A password should not have been set. Use admin1 as the ALOM admin user's password and then set it to whatever is desired.
