Symptoms
Booting a Solaris[TM] 2.5.1 11/97 CDROM on an Enterprise 450 with 480 MHz CPU Module fails with error:
Fast Data Access MMU (memory management unit) Miss

Booting a Solaris[TM] 2.6 FCS through 2.6 HW 5/98 CDROM on an Enterprise 450 with 480 MHz CPU Module fails with error:

panic[cpu]/thread=0x10404040: mutex_enter: bad mutex

Resolution
The Enterprise 450 with the 480MHz cpu module are not supported under any version of 2.5.1.
The minimum supported Solaris 2.6 version is HW 5/98. It will install with 02/00 Operating Environment CD because it incorporates kernel Patch ID 105181-19 but will not install with previous OECD versions.

The minimum supported Solaris[TM] 7 version is HW 11/99.
