Symptoms

Sun StorEdge[TM] Diagnostic Reporter will not find a host server to login in to,
if the associated daemons are not properly loaded.

Resolution

Often the daemons are not loaded, or started in the wrong order.

This may cause the daemons to contend with each other, and not allow
Diagnostic Reporter to find a host server.

1. Stop the daemons:

     # /etc/init.d/ssagent stop
# /etc/init.d/ssdgrptd stop

2. Start daemons in the order shown: 

     # /etc/init.d/ssagent start
# /etc/init.d/ssdgrptd start

3. Start Config Services Console

     # ssconsole

4. Start Diagnostic Reporter

     # ssdgrptui
