Symptoms
3510's should show 2(3) under the "chl" column in
"View and Edit SCSI Channels".

If the disks show only "2", and not "2(3)", how can I fix this?

Resolution
First, verify that both channels 2 and 3 are DRIVE channels, since it
is possible to change one of them to be something other than a drive
channel:
sccli> show channels
Ch Type Media Speed Width PID / SID
--------------------------------------------
0 Host FC 2G Serial 40 / NA
1 Host FC 2G Serial 38 / NA
2 Drive FC 2G Serial 14 / 3
3 Drive FC ASYNC Serial 14 / 15
4 Host FC ASYNC Serial 44 / NA
5 Host FC ASYNC Serial NA / 46
6 Host LAN N/A Serial NA / NA
If they are both drive channels, the PID/SID on both drive channels
should be the same (defaults are 14/15). As you can see on this array,
the SID of channel 2 is 3, not 15.
To fix, change that to be 15 (after gaining access to the firmware GUI on
the array (telnet or tip)), use "view and edit Scsi channels"
and then select that channel and use "Secondary controller scsi id").
After that is done, reset the controller.
Once the array comes back up, go into "view and edit scsi Drives"
and for each disk, select "scan SCSI drive", then "SCSI channel 3".
When it asks 'Input Fibre ID', enter the ID of the disk (it
shows up in the third column).
After the scanning, you should see the disks showing up as 2(3)
instead of just being on channel 2.
By the way, the sccli will ONLY show channel 2 - you don't get
the (3) on that output. That is currently an RFE (4950237).
