Changes

{CHANGE}

Cause

As its noticed only during the installation, a part of the code can be corrupted which seizes the robot performing the calibration and fails initialization.

Solution

Resolution
The firmware has to be reloaded either through CLI or SLConsole.
You can choose to reload the same release of firmware to fix the issue for the site maintaining a specific release of code or upgrade to the next version (if available) according to customer requirement. The firmware reload in turn reboots the library after which the robot operates normally. Reloading the firmware is the permanent fix and the problem does not reoccur. The general firmware upgrade procedure can be followed to reload the firmware and there is no specific steps to abide for this incident.
