Symptoms

Please be advised.
Due to an as yet unspecified export restriction, HDS are
currently unable to supply Microcode CD's and other
software media, direct to Sun end user SE99x0 international
(non U.S) based customer addresses.
HDS can however, still supply Microcode and software media
direct to local country Sun office addresses.

Workaround

Until this restriction is investigated and resolved, when
requesting Microcode and other software media updates,
please request the shipment is dispatched to a Sun office
address, rather than an end user customer address.
Note: As this is a export related problem, this restriction
does NOT apply to Microcode and software media shipments
to U.S based SE99x0 customers
As and when further details are available an update will
provided via the PFIN process.
