Notes

  1. The minimum Solaris operating system is Solaris 10 10/08.

System Board Notes

  1. Battery FRU 371-2210 is a Maxell, Panasonic, or Renata CR2032.
  2. The battery installed by the external manufacture is a Mitsubishi CR2032.
  3. Heatsink 310-0239 is pre-greased with Shin-Etsu X23-7783D.
  4. Heatsink 310-0239 includes four Screws and four Springs with no part numbers.
  5. The System Board FRU includes two 250-1802 Cleaning Wipes, and two 310-0065
    Shin-Etsu X23-7783D Thermal Grease Syringes.

Memory Installation Notes

  1. Do not install DIMMs in slots next to an empty CPU socket.
  2. Install the same number of identical DIMMs across all CPU sockets.
  3. Install Blue socket DIMMs D5/D3/D1 then install Black socket DIMMs D4/D2/D0.
  4. Use of the same DIMM size and speed is recommended for maximum performance.
