Notes

  1. The minimum operating system is Solaris 9 9/05 or 10 6/06.

Memory Notes

  1. Bank, Rank, DIMM, and XOR Interleaving is supported.
  2. The minimum requirement is two DIMMs in any Bank (B0/D0/D1 or B1/D0/D1).
  3. UltraSPARC IIIi supports single bank and dual bank DDR-1 SDRAM DIMMs.
  4. Two DIMMs of the same bank size (single or dual) and memory size form a bank.
  5. Memory error reporting identifies a failing Bank, not a single failing DIMM.
